Warm Up:
5 minutes of Jump Rope Practice

Skill/Strength:

Volume Training 10 minutes:
5 Goblet Squat
Plank Hold for remainder of the minute


WOD:

5 Rounds

AMRAP 3 minutes
5 DB Deadlift (use 2 dumbbells)
5 DB Push-Press (use same DB)
5 Sit-ups
Rest 1 minute between 3 minute AMRAP
