3 Cartwheels -> 15m Line hop -> 15m Backpedal -> 15m Lunge walk -> 15m hop on one foot (switch feet half way)
Skill work:
Skin the cat and Push-up mash up
Strength work:
Kettle Bell Deadlift and Medicine Ball (GTOH)
WOD:
10 KB Swings -> 1 Forward roll
8 T-Push ups -> 1 Forward roll
6 DB Cleans -> 1 Forward roll
4 V-ups -> 1 Forward roll
2 Up & Downs on rope -> 1 Forward roll
