PCF is now offering CrossFit Kids Classes! CrossFit Kids teaches kids positive, healthy behaviors that are more likely to be maintained throughout adulthood. Builds character and functional fitness. CrossFit is quantifiable, thus providing a great opportunity for kids to set and achieve goals. Our CrossFit Kids program will follow the same tenets of CrossFit.
